What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum for custom Embroidery is 1 item, and for DTF Printing, it is 1 item.

 

Can I change my order once submitted?

No, unfortunately we are unable to quickly monitor emails with change requests. Your order goes directly in line for production when paid.

 

Can I bring my own garments?

We prefer to supply the garments to ensure the quality of the print or stitch. However, if you have a specific item you’d like to use, please contact us first so we can check if it’s compatible with our equipment.

 

How long will my order take?

Typical turn around time is 3-5 days. We strive to get orders completed prior to that, but sometimes it may be the full 5 business days. Please understand during holidays and busy seasons this time may be longer. In the event the turn around time is longer, it will be displayed across the top of the site or displayed at our store location.

 

Do you offer rush orders?

Need it fast? We can often accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can check our production schedule.

 

How will I know when my order is ready?

We will send you an email or SMS notification as soon as your order has passed our quality check and is ready for pickup or has been shipped out.
